We are seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to turn prospects into long-term partners.
Reporting directly to: CEO of Volare Advertising Network
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities with brands and corporate clients.
- Client Pitching: Create and deliver winning proposals for digital marketing services (Social Media, Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Strategy: Collaborate directly with the CEO to set sales targets and implement growth strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Sales or Business Development (Digital Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, confident presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Mindset: Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working directly with executive leadership.

- Model: Hybrid (4 Days WFO / 1 Day WFA).
