Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market potential analysis, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of targeted revenue and profit.
  • Develop actionable plans to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure the execution of development strategies in line with the established Business Plan.
  • Manage operational activities within the unit, including network/channel development and demand development, based on the action plan.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key distributors.
  • Regularly analyze and report sales performance to Management, and recommend solutions for identified challenges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Continuously analyze work processes and recommend sustainable improvements (continuous improvement).
  • Manage the unit's budget and ensure efficient and effective utilization in line with cost-efficiency principles.
