Role Description

As our Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role goes beyond traditional sales, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through a unique co-ownership investment journey while aligning their lifestyle aspirations with smart financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Leading, coaching, and managing the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Driving consultative sales processes, from lead qualification to closing
  • Delivering compelling presentations that communicate both lifestyle value and investment potential
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine sales approaches
  • Collaborating with marketing, creative and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Ensuring a seamless, premium customer journey from initial engagement to post-sale relationship management

Qualifications

We are looking for a results and commission-driven leader with strong commercial instincts and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment:

  • Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (experience in high-value or luxury sales is highly preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to execute consultative and solution-based selling approaches
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market awareness skills
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in real estate, hospitality, or investment-related industries is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional setting; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
