Sales Manager (Telecom & ICT Solutions)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the System Integrator / ICT Solutions industry with a strong track record in handling telecommunications customers. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and managing strategic Telecom accounts through integrated ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with local and international Telecom customers/operators.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Sell ICT solutions including network infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, data center, Cisco, Juniper, and related technologies.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity identification, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
• Work closely with Presales, Engineering, and Solution teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Manage RFP/RFQ, tenders, commercial negotiations, and account development.
• Maintain relationships with technology principals and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Background in System Integrator / ICT Solutions / Network Infrastructure industry.
• Proven experience handling Telecommunications customers, locally or internationally.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, or related ICT solutions.
• Strong existing network with Telecom operators is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
