Job Description

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Min 5 years relevant working experiences as Sales Manager or similar role
  • Experience in B2B sales, Sales Person, Hunter,
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Solid communication skills with Key Position or C-Level
  • Analytical mindset, ability to handle large datasets
  • Ability to manage creative processes
  • Collaborative mindset, structure working style
  • Dominant traits include high level of change readiness, persistency and problem solving approach
  • Common commercial traits include high work capacity contract/communication skill and empathy

Responsibilities:

  • To develop strategic market plan through conduct research, participate in business forum or community network, maintain client database to identify and create the prospective and potential new customers
  • Maintain good communication with Key Position or C-Level of customer in order to share about ISS Value Proposition and provide strong insight ISS Services through reference, credential, and show cases
  • To develop cleaning service solutions through identify detailed and describe the needs of prospective client
  • Conduct self-assessment to provide the real evidence of ISS Credibility in overcoming problem such as client's references, company achievement, and legal documents
  • To provide real evidence of ISS capabilities to responding potential customer needs such as competitive services, speed of service, and visibility access
  • To prepare a sales proposal with detail analysis for price and risk estimated cost, alternative solution, business models, SLA,KPI, HSE  
  • To ensure effective and successful negotiation through excellent sales proposal presentation, legality of contract and commercial risk related to rules and laws policy
  • To decide the best pricing accordance to pricing excellence
  • To decide the best commercial models accordance to company rules
  • Collaborate with related function and department to ensure the prospect of services solution sales is running end-to-end
