Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will oversee the company's sales functions for its steel, pipe, and stainless steel portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, and preparing sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with expertise in the steel, pipe, or stainless steel industry
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development
  • Familiarity with market analysis and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a business environment
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using relevant software or CRM tools
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing, construction, or related industries is an advantage
  • Proactive approach, goal-oriented mindset, and problem-solving skills
