Sales Manager (Sports Med)

Position Overview

Responsible for managing and supporting the Sports Medicine sales team by developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, building strong relationships with key customers, expanding business opportunities, and introducing products to the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target
• Build relationships with customers and healthcare professional
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage
• Monitor market trends and modify sales strategies
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and the Clinical team to ensure alignment with market needs
• Contribute to sales leadership and strategic planning

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within sports medicine or related fields
• Strong knowledge of sports medicine products, treatments, and current market trends
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Strong understanding of the needs of both end-users and Sports Medicine professionals
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key industry stakeholders
• In-depth market knowledge of the Indonesia sports medicine sector
