Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on expanding market share within logistics, shorebase operations, oil & gas services, and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, oil & gas, and mining industries

- ⁠Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and potential clients

- ⁠Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers

- ⁠Lead negotiations and close deals with clients

- ⁠Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations

- ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

- ⁠Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates

- ⁠Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client feedback or issues

- ⁠Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Business, Management, Engineering, or related)

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in: Logistics, Oil & Gas services, Shorebase operations, Mining industry

- ⁠Proven experience in sales and client relationship management

- ⁠Strong network within the Oil & Gas and/or mining industry

- ⁠Good understanding of: Marine logistics, Shorebase operations, Supply chain processes

- ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- ⁠Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

- ⁠Willing to travel to project sites, ports, and client locations

- ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
