This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales Manager specializing in real estate development. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and foster strong client relationships. They will also be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the successful achievement of revenue goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize client satisfaction is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Strategic Sales Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation Techniques
  • Team Leadership and Management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Relationship skills
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate industry and trends is a significant advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Analytical thinking and result-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
