Sales Manager - Property (RUMIDA)

Job Description

• Develop and execute measurable sales strategies and plans to consistently achieve the company's sales targets.
• Set sales targets for the team and ensure every subordinate has the capability to reach those targets, by motivating and continuously developing their skills
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and mortgage (KPR) provider banks.
• Identify and analyze target client segments to understand their needs and translate this into new business opportunities and market expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitor developments to provide relevant insights and support the team in planning and executing sales activities effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functional with other departments to support the achievement of overall company targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate & Property industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in digital marketing, with a strong professional network and market knowledge within the real estate and property industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to lead and drive sales performance.
• Willing to be placed at the Subang, West Java
