Manage and lead the Sales Department by providing strategic sales plans and establishing sales objectives to achieve targets.
Identify targeted customer segmentation through market research and prospecting potential clients directly or via trade associations.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Head to increase sales and brand exposure across multiple media channels.
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing direction and identifying areas for improvement.
Review sales reports to track progress, assess results, and ensure alignment with company goals.
This position reports directly to the General Manager Sales & Marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in sales industries, with experience at manager level.
Proven experience in the Property / Real Estate industry, especially in selling landed houses / high-rise (apartments) / office spaces and commercial lots.
Strong ability in developing and executing marketing plans.
Target-oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad professional network.
