Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and business partners within the pharmaceutical ecosystem to support sustainable sales growth.
Manage sales activities, customer visits, and commercial negotiations to maximize business opportunities.
Ensure all sales processes comply with PBF regulations and CDOB standards.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and collections progress to management, to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any major; Pharmacist (Apothecary) background is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and distribution business.
Proven network within the pharmaceutical ecosystem.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive sales performance.
Experience in sales, business development, or pharmaceutical distribution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline, and performance reports.
