Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and business partners within the pharmaceutical ecosystem to support sustainable sales growth.
  • Manage sales activities, customer visits, and commercial negotiations to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales processes comply with PBF regulations and CDOB standards.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and collections progress to management, to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major; Pharmacist (Apothecary) background is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and distribution business.
  • Proven network within the pharmaceutical ecosystem.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive sales performance.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline, and performance reports.
