Job Description

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and client relationships across our managed villa and hospitality properties. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing B2B and B2C relationships, and ensuring strong performance aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Identify new market opportunities and partnership prospects in domestic and international segments.

- Actively seek out and manage B2B corporate, travel agent, OTA, and direct client relationships.

- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, agencies, and partners.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients through regular follow-ups and account management.

- Represent the at OXO Hospitality Management (OHM) brand in meetings, site inspections, trade shows, and networking events.

Performance & Revenue Monitoring

- Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.

- Monitor sales performance, report on KPIs, and provide forecasts to management.

- Identify gaps and propose tactical promotions or packages to drive results.

Team Coordination & Support

- Work closely with marketing, reservations, operations, and property teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales or reservations staff if needed.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles within the hospitality industry (villa, resort, hotel).

- Strong network in B2B travel trade, OTA, and corporate market segments.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Target-driven, strategic, and proactive in driving results.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- Familiar with hospitality systems, CRM tools, and OTA platforms.
