Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Batam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, preparing sales presentations, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment. The Sales Manager will also provide training and support to the sales team to improve overall performance.

• Proven experience in sales and relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
