Job Role

The client is seeking a driven, motivated, and experience-minded Sales professional who is an expert in the Property Development industry, experienced in selling both land plots and properties, including hospitality properties such as hotels and villas. These properties are either already-built or custom-built to high international standards.

With a lean team, the Sales Manager will oversee all sales strategy and execution, focusing on promoting projects across Lombok and Sumbawa, while collaborating with the Marketing Team and reporting directly to the owner. The Sales Manager will generate revenue by acquiring international clients to purchase the land plots and properties in premium locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales of luxury properties, including land plots, custom-built villas, and premium real estate assets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and international buyers.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value transactions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support branding and promotional initiatives aligned with sales goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client engagements across Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales, with 3+ years closing high-value deals (luxury property preferred).
  • Experience selling luxury villas, land, or high-end real estate; luxury goods background also considered.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with affluent clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-level English; willing to be based in Bali and travel to Lombok and Sumbawa.
