Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, located on-site at Hotel Majapahit Surabaya, MGallery. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of dynamic sales strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Surabaya
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Previous experience in a sales management or similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with additional language skills being an asset
