Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the annual business plan for the designated country to achieve sales and profitability targets.
2. Market Development: Deeply analyze market potential, identify and exploit new business opportunities, and plan and optimize the product portfolio.
3. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Key Accounts (e.g., major hospitals, distributors) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry.
4. Compliance & Market Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws, regulations, and corporate compliance policies. Continuously monitor market competition, gather customer feedback, and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters for product and marketing decisions.

Job Qualifications

1. Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in Mandarin is a great plus. Backgrounds in Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
2. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the surgical product, medical device or healthcare industry, especially with Minimally Invasive Surgery products is highly preferred.
