Sales Manager - Food & Chemicals

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth and create new market opportunities for our Food and Chemicals Packaging Solutions. This role involves developing regional account plans, cultivating relationships with potential and existing customers, and promoting the use of Goodpack's solutions throughout their supply chain. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, adept at consultative selling, and capable of independently managing commercial matters while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Goodpack's presence in the Food and Chemicals sectors in India, including a strong focus on export-oriented business opportunities.

2.

Deep understanding of supply chain flows, returnable packaging, and industrial

packaging requirements, especially for liquid products.

3.

Understand complex chemical logistics requirements and provide tailored returnable

packaging solutions to reduce environmental impact and enhance supply chain

visibility.

4.

Focus on customers in Lubricants, additives, silicones and other non-hazardous

chemicals.

5.

Manage trials and adoption processes, including product testing, to drive adoption of Goodpack solutions.

6.

Drive profitable sales growth by generating leads through market research tools, cold

calling, and other lead generation methods.

7.

Develop and implement business plans to drive client growth and acquisition, actively promoting Goodpack's business model and solutions.

8.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to build sales cases and sell

Goodpack solutions.

9.

Develop and maintain a budget, track performance, and adjust plans as needed.

10.

Identify process bottleneck and facilitate implementation of solutions in a timely

manner.
