Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and expand our freight forwarding business, particularly focusing on the China market and Chinese customers. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in international logistics and supply chain services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding, and China trade regulations.
• Experience handling Chinese customers or China market is highly preferred.
• Mandarin is a must; English proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business development capability.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
