Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of our real estate business. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and promoting real estate products to potential buyers and investors.

The position works closely with management and external partners to ensure strong market presence and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell real estate products (residential or investment properties)
  • Generate and follow up on leads from various channels (online platforms, referrals, events)
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners
  • Support marketing activities such as property listings, campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth sales processes
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in real estate or property-related industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Target-oriented with a proactive and confident approach
  • Good understanding of marketing channels (online platforms, social media, property portals)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and attitude
