Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing event bookings to maximize revenue for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for events and meetings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct site inspections and create compelling proposals to showcase our event facilities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event sales within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools is preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
