Job Description

Scope of Work :

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  2. Lead and manage the sales and proposal team to ensure high performance.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  5. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to clients.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
  8. Report regularly to Director on sales performance and market developments.
  9. Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
  10. Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standards from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience >10 years experience.
  3. Have experience in Renewable Energy / PV System projects.
  4. Have experience in managerial role.
  5. Strong Network within renewable energy sector.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Proficiency in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
  8. Strong understanding of EPC business and/or PV systems / energy market in Indonesia.
  9. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.

Plus Points :

  • Have connections or relationships with top management in the general manufacturing industry in Indonesia, offering potential for PV Rooftop Projects.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Sales.
  • Advance usage of Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Closed deals above 1 million dollars cumulatively.
  • Professional certifications in sales or project management.

Preferred trait:

  • Good communication, planning and time management skills.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skill.
