Job Description

Job Responsibilities: (Manager/Director)

1. Follow up on sales leads by maintaining consistent communication with client contacts to gather key information (budget, decision-makers, competitors, organizational structure, business processes, etc.);

2. Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure solutions align with client needs, independently prepare quotations, and present them to clients;

3. Assess commercial contract risks, manage processes including quoting, project initiation, invoicing, bidding, and payment collection;

4. Drive solution implementation, track and maintain client relationships to build strong, long-term partnerships;

5. Oversee project payments and receivables tracking to ensure timely collections and adherence to payment schedules.

Position Requirements:

1. 5+ years of professional sales experience, including 3+ years in B2B sales

2. Experience in ITO/BPO/software solutions industry

3. Familiarity with local market conditions; candidates with existing client networks preferred

4. Fluent in English and local language

5.Possesses client resources within the financial sector
