An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Manager to expand the company's footprint within Indonesia's rapidly growing data center sector. You will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across data center and critical infrastructure projects.

As the Sales Manager, you will:

  • Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the data centre ecosystem.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Indonesia.
  • Engage customers to understand their operational needs and propose suitable infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to support project development and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor movements to drive sales strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory.

An ideal candidate must have below skills and experience:

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience within Data Centres, IT Infrastructure, Cooling Systems, HVAC, Building Technologies, or Critical Facilities.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and customer landscape.
  • Existing relationships with data centre owners, developers, consultants, contractors, or enterprise clients would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working within a global environment.

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Sales professionals with established networks in the data centre industry.
  • Technical specialists with commissioning, service, or maintenance experience who enjoy customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Individuals with experience selling infrastructure solutions to data centres, manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, retail developments, or government organizations.
