About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in our Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) consulting and Cybersecurity Training portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong network within enterprise and government sectors, understands cybersecurity services, and has a proven track record of consultative B2B sales.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and achieving sales targets while working closely with consulting, technical, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Cyber GRC consulting services and cybersecurity training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, government agencies, and channel partners.
- Engage C-level executives, IT leaders, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security stakeholders to understand business needs and position suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with consultants and technical specialists to develop tailored client solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity regulations to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity, IT consulting, GRC services, or professional training.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Cyber GRC domains, including risk management, compliance, security governance, audits, and relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity awareness, technical, and professional certification training offerings is an advantage.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise and government accounts is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within enterprise, government, financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Experience selling cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, or professional training.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SOC2, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or related certifications is an advantage.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho.
