Job Description:
Our client, a leading distributor of cosmetic and personal care raw materials, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for driving B2B sales in the cosmetics, hand & body care, personal care, and fragrance industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the cosmetics, hand & body care, personal care, and fragrance industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including key accounts and large companies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in cosmetic raw materials, personal care ingredients, fragrance ingredients, or distributor companies.
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams in a managerial role.
- Strong industry network and established relationships with key players in the cosmetics, hand & body care, personal care, and fragrance industries.
- Experience handling large clients and complex B2B sales processes, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
