Sales Manager - Building Material

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting a leading wood processing and building materials distribution company in recruiting a Sales Manager - Building Material based in North Jakarta.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess and develop market opportunities in line with the company's business goals and strategies.
• Formulate market entry and sales strategies to expand distribution channels by recruiting new Dealers, Distributors, and Retailers.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure potential Dealer, Distributor, and Retailer partners.
• Lead, manage, and oversee the daily performance of the sales team.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing Dealers, Distributors, and Retailers.
• Analyze purchasing data from distribution partners to identify business growth opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share, ensuring the company maintains a competitive advantage within the distribution network.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building Material, Power Tools, Lighting, FMCG
• Minimum 5 years of experience of Distribution channel development, dealer and distributor management
• Willing to be based in North Jakarta.
