Position: Agency Development Manager – BFSI Sales

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 3+ Years in Life Insurance, Banking, Finance, Loans, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or any BFSI Sales

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop agency advisors and sales representatives.
• Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve assigned business targets.
• Build strong relationships with advisors, partners, and customers.
• Monitor team productivity and provide regular guidance and motivation.
• Generate business through field activities, referrals, and local networking.
