Location: Jakarta

In Indonesia, we are expanding rapidly to support the region's renewable energy growth, especially micro-grid energy storage sectors, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to strengthen our presence across the Indonesia.

What you will do

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing Arctech's commercial strategy and driving business growth across Indonesia.

You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new customers and opportunities, and delivering value-driven s olutions to leading developers, EPCs, and IPPs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Arctech's market share in Indonesia.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation and technical engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent Arctech at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to management.

What you bring

  • Master in Bahasa, excellent in English
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong understanding of market and project development, energy storage system.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Based in Jakarta, with availability to travel across Indonesia as required.
