3. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage national/regional sales channels
• Build and maintain distributor relationships
• Negotiate commercial policies and sales agreements
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Provide regular sales forecasting and market feedback

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, especially familiar with RAC channels in Semarang & Yogyakarta.
• Strong local distributor network.
• Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and local language.
