Jobdesc:
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating the property sales team to achieve optimal performance.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for property product.
- Setting individual and team sales targets, and monitoring their achievements regularly (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Conducting market analysis and monitoring competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Being directly involved in the negotiation and closing process for key transactions.
- Ensuring the team has in-depth product knowledge and can present it effectively.
- Overseeing sales administration and ensuring the completeness of client documentation.
- Compiling regular sales reports for Management.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to align promotional and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of various property types, including apartments, landed houses, and land plots.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, along with a proven track record in negotiating and closing deals.
- Highly motivated and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to analyze sales and market data to make sound strategic decisions.
