Job Description

Ciputra Group is a leading and highly diversified property developer focused on large-scale integrated townships, residential projects, commercial areas, and other complementary sectors. As our business grows, we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to join us as a Property Sales Leader.

Jobdesc:

  • Leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating the property sales team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for property product.
  • Setting individual and team sales targets, and monitoring their achievements regularly (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Being directly involved in the negotiation and closing process for key transactions.
  • Ensuring the team has in-depth product knowledge and can present it effectively.
  • Overseeing sales administration and ensuring the completeness of client documentation.
  • Compiling regular sales reports for Management.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to align promotional and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • In-depth understanding of various property types, including apartments, landed houses, and land plots.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, along with a proven track record in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Highly motivated and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales and market data to make sound strategic decisions.
