Job Summary
We are building a Talent Pool for the
Sales Leader Development Program, a fast-track development pathway designed to prepare high-potential talents to become future Sales Leaders. Candidates in this talent pool will be considered for upcoming opportunities across Indonesia, where they will learn to manage sales teams, drive channel performance, and build strong customer relationships in the FMCG/retail/distribution landscape.
Job Description
- Lead and develop a sales team to achieve targeted sales performance.
- Manage operations in General Trade, Modern Trade, and Special Channels.
- Conduct routine field checks and assess sales team capability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pareto outlets and key retail partners.
- Develop a solid sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery.
- Monitor Account Receivables of pareto outlets and ensure timely collection.
- Prepare regular sales reports and join performance review meetings.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (FMCG/retail/distribution preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Strong leadership mindset and willingness to develop others.
- Willing to be placed across all operating areas in Indonesia.
- Must possess a valid SIM C.
- Ability to drive a car is an added advantage.
