At commsult, we build enterprise mobile solutions that help companies run SAP-driven logistics, warehouse, and production processes exactly where the work happens — through our platform Ontego, fully integrated with SAP and built for real operational environments.
As we grow our presence across APAC, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Lead to join our Indonesia team. You will drive new business, own your pipeline, and at the same time help a small sales team develop into more effective enterprise sellers. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in front of a customer and in the day-to-day work of building a regional business from the ground up.
YOUR ROLE
You will take ownership of enterprise software sales activities across selected APAC markets, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and solution selling.
You will work closely with:
- SDRs and Sales Executives
- Marketing
- Product & technical teams
- International management from Indonesia and Europe
At the same time, you will guide and structure a small developing sales team and support them in becoming more effective in enterprise selling.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
New Business Development
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across APAC markets
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and enterprise pitches
- Develop relationships with key decision makers in logistics, operations, and IT
Team Guidance & Sales Execution
- Support and coach a small sales team consisting of SDRs and Sales Executives
- Help structure daily sales activities and pipeline discipline
- Improve sales quality, follow-up cadence, and opportunity development
- Step in to support the team in complex or high-potential deals
Solution Selling
- Understand customer operational challenges and position suitable solutions
- Translate technical topics into clear business value for stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams during evaluations and proposals
- Ensure consistent and professional customer communication throughout the sales cycle
Market Development
- Contribute to the growth of the Ontego brand across APAC
- Share ideas on market approach, messaging, campaigns, and partnerships
- Monitor trends and competitors in enterprise mobility, SAP, and operations software
Reporting & Organization
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene
- Prepare concise sales reports and forecasts for management
- Help improve internal sales processes as the business grows
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or IT solution sales
- Ideally familiar with ERP, SAP-related environments, logistics, or operational software
- Proven track record in consultative or solution-based selling
- Some experience mentoring or guiding junior sales team members is a plus
- Prior exposure to APAC markets is a plus — familiarity with the region's business landscape and customer dynamics will help you hit the ground running

- Comfortable engaging with international counterparts across Indonesia and Europe
Location & Work Arrangement
- Willing to work from our BSD office (Indonesia)
- Willing to travel within the APAC region for customer meetings and events
