Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, requiring proficiency in Japanese. The Sales (Japanese Speaker) will manage and grow relationships with Japanese-speaking customers, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales agreements in alignment with company objectives. The role includes coordinating with internal departments on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will support sales reporting, market analysis, and participation in customer visits, meetings, and presentations. They will also assist in training internal teams on customer requirements and support continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Japanese Speaker (minimum N3) & English (passive communication is acceptable)
• Understand how to prepare quotations and cost structures
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales
• Experience in approaching new customers to expand business
• Experience in dealing and negotiating with customers
• Able to adapt easily to new people and work environments
• Understanding of automotive components or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
