• Visiting, education and acquisition of potential agents
• Maintain and educate and improve relationships with agents
• Monitoring agent performance according to area of responsibility
• Targeted and strategic sales implementation

• BPJS Requirements:
• S1 or relevant education according to needs
• Have experience as a sales person for at least 1-2 years
• Have high motivation and good communication
• Analytics, target oriented and results performance
• Has a retail store database, analytical skills and understands potential stores that can be acquired
• Can use laptop, MS Word & Excel
• Have a motorized vehicle and SIM C
