Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales IT Solutions Professional role based in Semarang. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their IT and business process needs, and recommending tailored solutions from the company's diverse IT portfolio. The professional will engage in sales presentations, collaborate closely with technical teams, negotiate contracts, and pursue market growth opportunities. Proactively managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience and skills in sales, account management, and relationship building
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including Auto-Identification, IT infrastructure, or security systems
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems, networking, or enterprise solutions is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to market growth
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred
