Manage the company's official website, including content updates, product information, SEO, SEM support, and website optimization.
Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital tools.
Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and website performance.
Conduct market research by monitoring industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support business decisions.
Support marketing campaigns by preparing, editing, translating, and publishing bilingual marketing materials and product documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Management, E-Commerce, International Business, Business Chinese, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Management, Website Management, Sales Operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Email Marketing.
Experience in managing sales leads, including lead generation, qualification, tracking, reporting, and database management.
Proficient in website management and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights.
Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
