Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) / bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as B2B Sales (preferably HRIS / Software / IT Solution / SaaS)
  • Experienced in product presentations and handling client meetings
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end sales process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B client prospects
  • Approach potential clients through various channels (calls, meetings, networking, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable HRIS solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demos together with the technical team (Sales Engineer)
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners
  • Handle negotiations and close deals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Prepare proposals and sales-related documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations)
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports
  • Manage customer database
