Sales (Hospitality Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales through pro-active direct sales with corporates and/or foreign embassies
• Develop marketing plan and creative campaigns to increase revenue
• Maximize revenue and property occupancy through seasonality analysis, identifying new sales channels, etc
• Evaluate trends in the economy and hospitality industry
• Create and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate/embassies and guest

Requirements:

• Minimum working experience of minimum 2 years
• Prior experience in sales & hospitality industry
• Having experience in 4 or 5 stars hotel is preferable
• Sociable and outspoken
• Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekend and public holiday
• Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast pace environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
