Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across AI solutions, application solutions, managed services, and project-based engagements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand client pain points, and support the company's expansion into relevant sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and monitoring of sales performance.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, including KPI setting, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Guide the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial documentation together with Finance teams.
  • Oversee contract negotiation ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key technology partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support the team in closing complex, high-value deals and resolve escalated client issues when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, project teams, recruitment, and finance to ensure solution readiness and quality delivery.
  • Present regular updates to management regarding sales performance, pipeline health, competitive insights, and business risks.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-level sales position.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and contract lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of AI solutions, application development, digital platforms, and managed service offerings.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end sales without support from dedicated pre-sales or business development teams.
  • Established business network within IT/Telecommunications is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
