This is an on-site and full-time role for a Sales Freight Forwarding professional, based in Surabaya. The daily tasks will involve managing freight transportation and forwarding services, handling export operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also entails collaborating with clients to ensure their freight needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Experience in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding
• Proficiency in managing Export operations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledgeable in Freight Transportation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
