Job Responsibilities:
- Take overall charge of financial strategic planning and daily financial management of the Indonesian subsidiary, lead, manage and empower the finance team.
- Oversee the formulation of regional operating budgets for Indonesia, establish and continuously optimize the framework of business performance analysis, and drive the full implementation of regional financial analysis work.
- Rigorously enforce financial compliance to guarantee all accounting bookkeeping and tax compliance activities fully align with local Indonesian regulations and accounting standards.
- Develop standardized financial accounting models and deliver professional financial advisory support for the company's major strategic decisions.
- Serve as the key liaison between China headquarters and external Indonesian stakeholders including tax authorities, banks, audit firms and other institutions, and sustain stable, constructive partnerships.
- Establish, revise and optimize the financial management systems and workflows of the Indonesian entity, mitigate financial risks and boost overall financial operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin; candidates with outstanding English proficiency will be prioritized.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines; professional finance/accounting certifications and senior-level financial management experience are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in large-scale enterprises; in-depth expertise in Indonesian fiscal & tax policies, tax filing procedures and foreign exchange regulatory rules, capable of independently handling full-spectrum tax compliance matters.
- Strong sense of principle, meticulous and rigorous work style; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work under high pressure.
