Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Export Sales (experience in food commodities or edible bird's nest industry is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
- Good understanding of export procedures, international payment systems (L/C, T/T), and global trade regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to travel internationally for business development purposes.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to drive.
Job Description
- Identify and develop potential international buyers across global markets, particularly in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, and the United States.
- Develop and execute international market penetration strategies to achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end export sales process, from lead generation and negotiation to contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with international distributors, importers, and business partners.
- Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure all export documentation is complete (Phytosanitary Certificate, COO, Health Certificate, and GACC documentation for China).
- Monitor export shipment processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
- Participate in international trade exhibitions and global food expos (e.g., Trade Expo Indonesia) to expand market reach and promote company products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in export markets.
