Sales Executives/Assistant Manager Sales, Mahape,Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Partner Management: Identify and onboard channel partners; generate new leads via cold calling, direct visits, and joint partner meetings.
• Technical Solution Pitching: Analyze customer specifications, deliver product presentations, and craft detailed technical proposals.
• End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage the sales pipeline from pre-sale consultations through post-sale closure with customer support.
• Enablement & Strategy: Train and support partner teams, participate in trade fairs, and maintain detailed CRM records of opportunities and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 10+ years in international business or export sales.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation), Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
• Skills: Excellent English communication, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, strong presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Key Traits: High adaptability to international cultures, willingness to travel extensively, self-motivated, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities. Regional language skills are a plus.
