We Are Looking For
- On-hands experience in sales and logistics will be considered as a strong advantage.
- Proficient level of German (at least B2 or higher) – verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian as well.
- Sales orientation with a persistent, target-driven, and persuasive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
What To Expect
- Actively perform sales to potential B2B clients on the German market, presenting logistics and transport services.
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hot leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Collaborate with the German Sales team to ensure smooth transition of information of the new clients/prospectives.
- Active collaboration with trucking and forwarding departments in terms of transportation organization
- Provide excellent client experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer demands in the transport and logistics industry.
- Represent the company in a professional and persuasive manner during all client communications.
