Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bogor for a Sales Executive at Triniti Land. The Sales Executive will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building client relationships, conducting property tours, and closing deals. They will collaborate with the marketing team, monitor market trends, and assist potential clients in property transactions by providing accurate and detailed information. The professional is also expected to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and represent the company at events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer service, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of market analysis, property trends, and an understanding of customer needs.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other digital tools relevant to sales and client management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous.
