Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, travel agents, event organizers, schools, and other business partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with hotel policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the hotel's revenue growth.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and sales missions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, B2B Sales, B2G.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiar with hotel reservation and sales systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for sales activities.
• Willing to be based in Semarang / Batang / Solo / Prigen.
