Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical advice, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Present the company's product range to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and online presentations
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing & Engineering
- Have experience at least 2 years at manufacture industry & plastic packaging
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written & verbal
- Strong customer service orientation & ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP & basic costing management
- Good in English both speaking & writing
