We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic and consultative approaches. You will play a key part in promoting our products and solutions to customers across Indonesia.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct product presentations and offer tailored solutions to client needs.
- Maintain updated sales reports and customer databases.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments through surveys or research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in related industry).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Possess valid SIM A and/or SIM C.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
