Plan and execute visit plans in daily/monthly to ensure optimal coverage
Identify and maintain business opportunities by expanding retail channels (pharmacies, clinics, and other retail partners) to achieve and exceed sales targets
Implement sales strategies and activities in coordination with the product team
Deliver engaging and impactful product presentations and demonstrations
Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Oversee market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and stock availability at retail counters
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development, as well as monitor sales process administration (quotation, PO, sales agreement, and documentation).
Requirements
What are we looking for
Minimum 2 years as sales/marketing handling OTC products
Minimum diploma degree from relevant major
Good understanding of medical life support products and retail purchasing procedures
Strong personality to present the products and negotiate
